What forms of payment do you accept? I gladly accept money orders and personal checks drawn in U.S. funds. I also realize the convenience of online transactions and will accept automatic checkout through PayPal. I am also signed up with PayPal's "Bill Me Later" program to allow you to make larger purchases (over $99) on credit. I would also be honored to trade in commodities and barter. Please contact me before checkout to make arrangements if you prefer one of these sound mediums of exchange.
What are your shipping policies? I ship six days a week via the USPS. UPS or FedEx shipping are also available upon request—please notify me before checkout. Note that that I do not make money from shipping fees; costs reflect actual postal rates. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended. Those who live in the southeast Michigan area may also arrange for local pickup. * Aurum also ships to Canada. Simply select the Canadian shipping option at checkout.
What is your return policy? Good customer service is important to me. I will provide a full refund (less shipping) for unused products. If you are not satisfied with a partially used item for any reason, please contact me so we may work out an arrangement satisfactory to both of us.
How may I contact you? Aurum is a one-woman company. I personally handle all aspects of the business, from ordering ingredients, to hand-making products, to packaging, to walking to the post office. I am always happy to hear from you and I welcome your questions, comments, concerns, and suggestions. Accuracy is also very important to me. Please report any website errors; in return, I promise to make corrections in a timely fashion and may even send you a surprise gift of appreciation.
